About Me

My name is Kristin Walsh Lambros! 

I am 31 years young. 

A lover of music, coffee, tea, culinary, art, owls, nature, mountains, spirituality and anything colorful or groovy. 

I am a female entrepreneur, wife and  mama to Penelope Lane. Co-owner and founder of a pretty cool coffee shop named Soul Brew. Currently we have three locations on Long Island. NY. I spend my days trying my best to immerse myself in life and doing. 

My mission in life is the same as anyone I suppose, leave an imprint on this world while I am here. Life is not promised and we are all here to spread love and light to one another as well as wear our souls on the outside. Becoming a mother who also has many goals has been life changing and very grounding. I want to share my experiences of motherhood with other moms. Coming from many struggles with depression and trauma at a young age and turning that trauma into awareness and living life with a full heart. Self expression  through art and creativity is wearing your soul on the outside and that is all I want to do. 

I  could be considered a jack of all trades and this blog reflects that creativity. Just sharing my groovy adventures along the way.
